My Beloved, spiritual sons of St. Carlos Duarte Costa,

In the life of every family, there comes a time and a moment when a child leaves his father and mother to start his own family and stand on his own, go on in life, and develop. Usually, this is accompanied by very strong emotions, because every change that comes is preceded by many questions: is this the right time for such decisions? is it right? Is it well thought out...? But the most important of all these questions that arise is this: will you, my child, manage on your own? After listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit and drawing an opinion, trusting in Divine Providence, entrusting myself to the intercession of St. Carlos Duarte Costa and the one who carried the Savior - Mary, Mother of Hope, I made an administrative decision to establish a new Vicariate in Poland. This will be a new administration for Poland. The Vicariate of St. Michael the Archangel is being suppressed.  

The newly established Vicariate of Poland adopts as its patron:

Mary, Mother of Beautiful Love. May Mary, who loves all her children without exception, embrace with her motherly love all those drawn to her.
