FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRIMATE

March 5, 2025  Ash Wednesday

My Beloved, spiritual sons of St. Carlos Duarte Costa,

In the life of every family there comes a time and a moment when a child leaves his father and mother to start his own family and stand on his own, go on in life and develop. Usually, this is accompanied by very strong emotions, because every change that comes is preceded by many questions: is this the right time for such decisions? is it right? Is it well thought out...? But the most important of all these questions that arise is this: will you, my child, manage on your own? After listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit and drawing an opinion, trusting in Divine Providence, entrusting myself to the intercession of St. Carlos Duarte Costa and the one who carried the Savior - Mary, Mother of Hope, I made an administrative decision to establish a new Vicariate in Poland. This will be a new administration for Poland. The Vicariate of St. Michael the Archangel under the leadership of Bishop Dawid PÅ‚onka, FSMD will continue to cover Germany and Great Britain. The newly established Vicariate of Poland adopts as its patron: Mary, the Mother of Beautiful Love. May Mary, who loves all her children without exception, embrace with her motherly love all those drawn to her, as well as those who perhaps approach what life brings with a dose of distrust, because they are afraid to trust. I would like to thank all the priests and shepherds, and especially Bishop Dawid PÅ‚onka, FSMD from the Vicariate of St. Michael the Archangel, for the time spent together, who in the previous administrative structures have created one big family. I thank you for this time of shared perseverance, shared evangelization, shared proclamation of the Word of God, but above all for faithfully persevering with the sign of the Cross and the Gospel of Christ. As in every family, there were difficult moments, there were moments of doubt, but let us remember that to love means to be together and for this being together, with all my fatherly heart I thank you and bless you from the bottom of my heart.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE CHURCH ON ASSOCIATIONS, COMMUNIONS, AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS WITH INDEPENDENT CATHOLIC CHURCHES

We, the Bishops and clergy, of the National Catholic Apostolic Church in the United States (NCACUS), and its Territories declare that NCACUS, in accordance with our Code of Canon Law, does not recognize as valid the Rites of Ordination performed by any other Church body that is outside Catholic and Orthodox Tradition and practice and is not in the Apostolic Succession of San Carlos Duarte Costa. It is a well-known fact that many of these so-called "ordinations" have been administered by acts of "Simony" (a set fee for ordinations) following Holy Scripture, rendering these so-called perfidious ordinations INVALID.
The only Church bodies that NCACUS recognizes as valid are those in Communion with us, listed on our website. Let us together continue building up the Kingdom of God.

CONCERNING THOSE WHO LEAVE US AFTER ORDINATION

All those who have been ordained by NCACUS and have left the Church without permission from the Primate, and/or have sought a pretend episcopal ordination and thus have broken their promise of obedience made at their ordination, reduce themselves to the LAY STATE automatically, following Canon 126.6 of the Code of Canon Law
